Advanced Medical Dosimetry

This course covers dosimetry issues in IMRT and discusses the use of IGRT where appropriate. Dosimetrists with IMRT planning as part of their workload, physician residents and physicists new to IMRT will find this course of practical assistance. This course will address the implementation of these technologies to the treatment of multiple disease sites. Emphasis will be placed on the clinical and technical dosimetry issues for a successful IMRT program.
