Reporting to the President of MTMI, the Director of Women’s Imaging will oversee and manage Medical Technology Management Institute’s Women’s Imaging portfolio of courses, events and webinars. He/She will be responsible for working collaboratively with all MTMI staff to balance priorities and achieve MTMI goals. The Director of Women’s Imaging provides guidance and direction to faculty and consultants in the delivery and quality of offerings. Committed to continuous quality improvement, the Director of Women’s Imaging will closely monitor and re-focus, as needed, the quality of content and delivery of MTMI courses, events, webinars, etc. The Director of Women’s Imaging will also work closely with our marketing and sales teams help maximize registrations, profits, brand awareness and market share. This person is a highly motivated and self-driven individual that will bring new ideas and strategies to the table, while continuing to expand their knowledge within the industry and closely monitor trends and emerging customer needs. This individual will have experience in and have a passion for women’s health education needs and women’s imaging technology and trends. This position is full time exempt, salaried with benefits, ideally in the Milwaukee, WI Headquarters but may be remote.

 MTMI provides world-class continuing education and training for medical imaging professionals with a specific focus on programs for technologists, mammographers, sonographers, dosimetrists, medical physicists, physicians and biomedical engineers.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Answer incoming daily calls from radiologic technologists nationwide inquiring about the steps to cross training into women’s imaging modalities

  • Oversee course material of women’s imaging educational courses
  • Work with course instructors to maintain expectations of company values when delivering educational courses/seminar/webinars
  • Have the ability to construct women’s imaging course program agendas
  • Assist with placements of MTMI course graduates into partnering imaging centers for clinical experience requirement completions
  • Seek additional clinical imaging partners throughout the United States to accept MTMI course graduates to complete mammography clinical experience requirements
  • Oversee the women’s imaging educational courses performances
  • Develop a good working relationship with the FDA, ARRT and ACR
  • Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks

  • Registered Radiographic Technologist – preferably RTR(M) at minimum

 Education/Experience: Associates in Radiologic Technology. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, management, or similar preferred. Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mammography and/or breast ultrasound. Two years supervisory experience preferred.

 Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

 Mathematical Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

 Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry.
