Alicia Giaimo is certified by the ARRT in Radiography, Mammography and Bone Densitometry. She has been a technologist for the past 20 years. She earned her BS degree from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT. When beginning her teaching career Alicia completed her Master of Health Science degree with a concentration in Medical Laboratory Science and later a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Healthcare Management both at Quinnipiac University. She has lectured for the Connecticut Society of Radiologic Technologists on several occasions. In her current role she is a Clinical Assistant Professor in an imaging program in Connecticut. She teaches in both the Radiography and Women’s Imaging curriculum sharing her expertise and passion for the field.
