Jeff Palmucci is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the Vanderbilt University-Stallworth Rehabilitation Hospital in Nashville, and was previously the Administrative Director of Radiology at Vanderbilt’s Children’s Hospital. He also worked as Radiology director at the Children’s Hospitals in both Milwaukee, WI and Akron, OH.
Jeff served as president of the AHRA: the association for medical imaging management in 2007-2008. Prior to his presidency, he was a member of the AHRA Board of Directors from 2001 through 2009. In 2010, he received the AHRA Award for Excellence and in 2013 he received AHRA’s Gold Award, its highest honor, for contributions to the organization and to the profession of Radiology. He was voted the “most effective radiology administrator” in 2011 and received a Minnies award from auntminnie.com.
Jeff is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with a BS in Healthcare Administration. He has been a director since 1987, starting his career as a director at a tiny community hospital in the heart of Amish country Ohio.
