Jennifer Gersman holds a Master of Health Physics (2019) and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (2014). She has been a dedicated member of Northwestern Medicine for 19 years. Jennifer began her career at Northwestern Medicine in 2006 as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist. In 2015, she transitioned to the Radiation Safety team as a Health Physicist. Since 2017, Jennifer has served as the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for Northwestern Medicine’s broad scope medical license. She currently oversees the radiation safety program across seven hospitals under this license, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety.
