Rebecca Martindale

Rebecca started her career at Hologic in the Breast Health Division 15 years ago. Serving as an Advanced Clinical Specialist and Breast Imaging Specialist, her passion is improving skills of technologists and radiologists so they will deliver the best imaging results, patient experience, and operational efficiency. Prior to working at Hologic she worked at Memorial Breast Care Center in South Bend, Indiana. She is very proud of the fact the breast center won the Press Ganey Award for being in the 95 percentile for customer satisfaction every month for 5 years in a row. She was instrumental in raising funds for holistic programs offered to breast cancer patients. Acting as master trainer on Hologic’s On-Site “Hands On” Positioning Program, is by far her most rewarding work to date. Providing technologists at breast imaging facilities nationally with positioning training to obtain the best images possible for patients based on the criteria established by ACR.
