Shelly L. Stellwagen

Shelly Stellwagen came to breast imaging later in life after a career as a public affairs officer in the United States Army.  She has been a Mammographer for 17 years, working as a staff technologist, lead Mammographer, and now breast imaging protocoller.  Her professional passion is continuously learning new things and using what she learns to improve things for her patients, providers, and coworkers.  Most recently, she completed a Master of Business Administration with dual areas of emphasis in healthcare administration and customer service.  As a newly-into-survivorship breast cancer thriver, she has grown to appreciate even more the role that we play as breast imaging technologists in saving lives.
