This course is designed to help you adjust to your role as a leader! To be really successful as a radiology leader you must find your sweet spot between managing and leading. You will learn how to create the desire in those you lead to help your team accomplish their goals by understanding yourself, your strengths, your communication style, and by adapting your behaviors.

How it Works:

  • The On Demand CE activity that you purchased will be located in your “My Account” section once you log into the MTMI Website.
  • You have three attempts to pass each quiz.
  • You must earn a score of 75% or higher.
  • Credit is recorded the day you submit and pass the quiz and is determined using Central time.
  • You have 30 days to complete and pass the quiz.
  • Once passed, access your MTMI “My Account” to print your “Certificate of Completion.”
  • At the conclusion of this on-demand video, an evaluation form will be emailed to you.
  • This video expires 1 year after purchase date.

Angelic Chapman

MSRS, RT

Angie Chapman is a United States Air Force-trained imaging specialist, with over 22 years of management and leadership experience.  She has worked as Director of Imaging and Director of Cardiology at Houston Methodist, Regional Director of Imaging for Baylor Scott & White in Austin and is now System Director for the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.   

She is a published author, served on the Board of Directors for AHRA, The Association for Medical Imaging Management, was their Association President from 2017-2018 and now serves on the Bracco Advisory Board.
