About this Program
This dynamic program introduces the foundational elements of project management within the context of a medical imaging department. Participants will gain practical knowledge in forming project scope, identifying risks and constraints, assembling effective teams, and conducting needs assessments. The course also covers essential concepts such as budgeting, resource allocation, and developing timelines with critical dependencies. Whether launching new services, upgrading equipment, or implementing process improvements, this session equips imaging leaders with the tools to successfully plan and manage projects.
