About this Program
In emotionally charged or high-stress environments, strong communication skills can prevent conflict, de-escalate tension, and foster respectful interactions. This course provides you with practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations with greater awareness, patience, and control. Participants will explore how stereotypes, personality differences, and personal experiences influence communication. Key topics include understanding motivations, managing anger, avoiding common triggers, and listening with intent.
